In the weeks beforehand, we get to know your plans, venue, suppliers and schedule. Then we step in as the central point of contact, co-ordinating everything behind the scenes.
From supplier arrivals and venue setup to timings, guests and those inevitable last minute changes, we keep everything moving calmly and discreetly.

Calm, organised and always one step ahead.
Hi, I'm Ian, founder of Willow & Styles.
I've spent more than 20 years working in events, operational management and leadership - in environments where bringing people together, managing competing priorities and staying calm when the unexpected happens are simply part of the job.
Alongside my professional career, events have always been a significant part of my world. From weddings and celebrations to large-scale events, I've seen first-hand just how much work goes into creating a day that appears completely effortless.
And that's really where the idea for Willow & Styles came from.
I believe that if you've spent months planning something special, you shouldn't have to spend the day managing it.
My approach is calm, warm and quietly organised. I don't want to take over your celebration or make it feel overly managed. I want to understand what you've planned, get to know the people and suppliers involved, and then work discreetly behind the scenes to make sure everything comes together.
If something changes, I'll deal with it. If a supplier has a question, they can ask me. If somebody needs to know what happens next, I'll have the schedule.
And wherever possible, you'll never even know there was a problem to solve.
For me, great Event Day Direction isn't about being the most visible person in the room. It's about creating the confidence and reassurance that allows you to stop thinking about the logistics and be completely present with the people who matter to you.
